2. Services Provided

J&J Custom Welding and Repairs offers custom welding, fabrication, and repair services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. All work is subject to an approved quote and project scope.

3. Estimates and Payments

Estimates are free unless otherwise stated. Once an estimate is approved, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Final payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Warranty and Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. All welds are guaranteed for 90 days unless the issue is caused by misuse, neglect, or exposure to conditions outside the intended use.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing and by calling 602-520-8966. Custom work is non-refundable once fabrication has begun. Partial refunds may be issued for cancellations made before work begins, minus materials or time already spent.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us directly at [email protected] or call us within 7 days of service completion. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly and professionally. If a resolution cannot be reached, arbitration disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.

7. Limitation of Liability

J&J Custom Welding and Repairs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services, including loss of use or business.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
