Refund Eligibility:

Before Work Begins: If a customer cancels before any work starts, a refund minus any ordered materials or design time may be issued.

After Work Begins: Once custom fabrication or welding has started, refunds are generally not available, except in cases of clear error or poor workmanship.

Email [email protected] or call 602-520-8966 to initiate your request. Provide the original invoice, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.

Exceptions:

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on aesthetics when the work was completed as quoted.

Refunds are not issued for damage caused by misuse or alteration after completion.
